About

Built for the people doing the ringing.

Not a CRM with a telephone field bolted on. A marketplace with three portals, built around the one job that decides whether a cash-on-delivery business makes money.

Where it came from

Cha-Ching started in Morocco, where cash at the door is how most of e-commerce settles. Sellers there run the same loop: a good month of orders, a bad month of returns, and a spreadsheet in between that nobody trusts by the fifteenth.

The fix everybody already knows is to ring the customer before anything ships. What was missing was never the idea. It was a way to do it consistently, with somebody you could hold to a number, on a record neither side could edit afterwards.

Why a marketplace

A seller with four hundred orders a month cannot staff a call floor, and should not try. A call centre with twelve agents cannot find clients one LinkedIn message at a time. Both halves exist; what was missing was the thing in the middle that lets them find each other, agree terms, and then prove what happened.

That middle has to be trusted by both sides, which is most of why the product is shaped the way it is. The ledger is append-only because a centre will not take payment from somebody who can edit the record. The access rule is enforced on every read because a seller will not hand over a customer list to a platform their competitor is also on. Neither of those is a feature. They are the price of being allowed in the room.

How it is built

Deliberately plain. One database, three portals, no microservices to go wrong at three in the morning. The call-centre operating framework it implements is a real one — seven lifecycle stages, eight cancellation reasons, five KPIs with different denominators — and the software follows it rather than approximating it.

The design is a single system applied everywhere, including the page you are reading: the same typeface, the same three-pixel radius, the same six-step type scale as the product. The screenshots on this site are not images; they are the real interface rendered inline, which is why they follow your theme and cannot go stale.

Where it is now

27 countries open for signup across 7 regions, in 34 currencies. The lifecycle, the access rules, the ledger and the KPI definitions needed no changing to open any of them — the confirmation call is the same job in Casablanca, Karachi and Bogotá.

What we will not do

  • Sell your data, or train anything on it. Your customer list is the reason you are cautious about platforms, and you are right to be.
  • Take a cut of work that did not convert. A platform paid on hope rather than outcomes eventually optimises for hope.
  • Hide a struggling call centre. Removing a centre from the directory removes the income it needs to recover. Probation is badged and visible instead.
  • Show a rate with no denominator as 0%. A small thing that is really a large one: it is the difference between a measurement and an accusation.

If this sounds like how you already think about it, come in.
